Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>William Bagshaw of Ford, gentleman, to Joseph Trickett of Malcalfe in the parish of Chapel-en-le-Frith, yeoman. Parcels of land known as Tootthill Bank, another parcel called the Gorses and the Roych House Croft and other pieces set forth for the king&apos;s part within the Chapellry of Bowden and part of Malpass Moor, which was conveyed by Thomas Eyre to Samuel Bagshaw father of William; for £4 0s. 4½d., all trees, mines, quarries excepted. For a rent of £1 10s. 9½d. to Bagshaw and his proportionable part of a boon goose.</p>
