Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Abraham Halsted of London, merchant, and John Halsteed of Rowley (Lancashire), gentleman, to Christopher Edmondson of the Parke in Barnoldswick, yeoman, Henry Higgin of Barnoldswick, yeoman and Mathew Watson of Gazegill, yeoman, being persons nominated as trustees on behalf of themselves and the other complainants in a cause in Chancery between Edward Parker, esquire, William Drake of Barnoldswick, esquire, the said Edmondson, Higgin and others, all of them townsmen of the Manor of Barnoldswick, against the said Abraham Halsteed. All those messuages, cottages, farms, closes, meadows, commons, etc., in Barnoldswick, listed in a schedule attached; in pursuance of an order and decree of Chancery in the said cause and £5550.</p><p>With a detailed Schedule or particular of all the property intended to be conveyed.</p>
