Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>William Bagshaw of Oaks, esquire, to Robert Robertshaw of Yeomans in the Chapelry of Burnley, Lancashire, gentleman. New erected water corn mill and drying kiln at Woodend in the parish of Barnoldswick with the mill wheel to the same belonging, mills, dams etc. except a spring or well called Listers well, for £135. Agrees it shall not be used for the drying or grinding of any corn or grain.</p>
