Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Robert Edward, Lord Petre and Baron of Writtle, and Lord Stourton and Sir John Courtney Throckmorton of Buckland (Berks.), baronet (Ld. Petre&apos;s Trustees), to John Bagshaw of Oakes (co. Derby), esquire and Thomas Atkinson of Lincoln&apos;s Inn Fields. All the great and small tithes arising and growing out of any of the messuages, cottages, lands, etc., of the said John Bagshaw in the township or territories of Coats and Barnoldswick otherwise Gillkirk, co. York. (tenants named), freed and discharged from the annual stipend of £4 13s. 4d. payable to the curate of Barnoldswick otherwise Gillkirk; for £350.</p><p>Stourton and Throckmorton likewise assign to Atkinson the term of 1000 years conveyed to them as part of the Petre trust estates.</p><p>Schedule of deeds indented, to which the deed refers, annexed.</p>
