A preamble states that deeds relating to property at Bolsover, several bonds and other papers, were stolen by Thomas Jackson the younger, who died unmarried, but his housekeeper, Sarah Cusworth forged his will and proved it with the aid of Richard Davison, pitsinker and collier, of Attercliffe, whom she subsequently married.</p><p>Declaration by William John Bagshawe that he will produce the original of this deed on request, 1844.
