Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Richard Bagshaw of Wormhill, esquire to William Simpson of Stainford (Yorks.) esquire, and William Bagshaw of the Inner Temple. In consideration of the further sum of money received in the right of Mary his wife, by the death of Gervas Simpson, her late brother; a rent charge of £50. from certain premises (named) in Wormhill, Grindleford Bridge, Greenhill and Norton; for the use of Mary, wife of Richard Bagshaw, if she survives him.</p>
