| Description | <head>Scope and Content</head><p>All his estate, monies, etc., to trustees, to the use of his brother William Bagshaw and his issue and in default of issue to John Bagshaw, second son of Samuel Bagshaw of Ford and his issue and in default of issue to the use of William Chambers Darling, son of Ralph Darling of Kingston-upon-Hull and his issue, and in default of issue to William, third son of Samuel Bagshaw of Ford; provided that if either John or William Bagshaw allow Catherine, widow of their father Samuel Bagshaw to come into or reside in any of the houses belonging to the testator, they shall forfeit the inheritance.</p> |
