Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Two copyhold mills called Lloyds Mill and Coopers Mill at Leeds (co. York), with a pew in Trinity Church, a malt mill in Call Lane, the moiety of New Mill and the lease of a corn mill and closes in Holbeck to his son John Pate Lister, out of which he is to pay a mortgage of £1300 to Henry Brown of Skelbrook and a sum of £700 to the executors. £6,000 to be raised out of estate at Sysonby for paying portions of his younger sons and daughters. £2,000 to his son Cavendish Lister and £600 between his three youngest daughters. His household goods at Nottingham with his coach and horses to his wife Dorothy. His wife and his son Cavendish Lister to be executors.</p>
