Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Anthony Babyngton of Dethicke, esquire, to Therom Rolynson of the Heardings in the parish of Norton, yeoman, A messuage in the Heardings and its appurtenances now occupied by Therom with the following closes: a little close adjoining the messuage, the Lathe close (also called Brome Close), the Heardinge Meydowe, Thorny Banke Close, Crowne Lands Close, Brerye Feild Close, Nether Banke Close, Over Banke Close. Also a piece of meadow called Smethye Meydowe, 2 pieces of wood called Heardinge Springe and Rolaspringe, and Morreslands, all in the occupation of Therom. For £40 paid and £46 13s. 4d. to be paid.</p><p>Letters of attorney. Anthony Babyngton of Dethycke, esquire makes Godfrey and William Rolynson, brothers of Therom, his attorneys for livery of seisin. 6th May, 1585.</p><p>Grant. Anthony Babyngton of Dethycke, esquire, to Therom Rolynson of the Heardyngs, yeoman. Common pasture and waste lands with all rights, appertaining to the messuage and its lands in the above deed.</p><p>8th May, 1585.</p>
