Description | <head>Scope and Content</head><p>Anthony Babyngton of Dethicke, esquire, to Therom Rolynson of the Heardings in the parish of Norton, yeoman, A messuage in the Heardings and its appurtenances now occupied by Therom with the following closes: a little close adjoining the messuage, the Lathe close (also called Brome Close), the Heardinge Meydowe, Thorny Banke Close, Crowne Lands Close, Brerye Feild Close, Nether Banke Close, Over Banke Close. Also a piece of meadow called Smethye Meydowe, 2 pieces of wood called Heardinge Springe and Rolaspringe, and Morreslands, all in the occupation of Therom. For £40 paid and £46 13s. 4d. to be paid.</p><p>Letters of attorney.
