Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Anthony Babyngton of Dethycke, esquire, to John Bullocke of Derley, esquire, Therom Rolynson of Norton, yeoman, William Rolynson of Lytle Norton, husbandman, Edward Gyll of Sheffeld, yeoman, John Urton alias Stevyn the younger of Norton, John Waynewright of Norton, scythesmith, and Godfrey Atkyne of Norton, weaver. A fine to be levied by Anthony Babyngton and Margery, his wife, and the other parties, and a recovery suffered. The uses are that the messuages and lands severally sold by the said Anthony to each of the other parties shall be to the use of the party specified in the several deeds of bargain and sale.</p>
