| Description | Henry Wigfall formerly of Eckington, yeoman, was attached by John Gill. The dispute concerned a stream called Harebeck alias Mearebeck running between the lands of John in Norton and Henry in Eckington and a mill pond made on it which flooded a certain meadow of John's.
Judgment was given against Henry.
