A tenement in Hymsworth in the parish of Norton in the occupation of John Parker and called Syckhowse with all appurtenances, a croft called Wellcrofte, a close called Cockshut Meydowe, a piece of land called Innefeyld, 4 selions in the field of Hymsworth (boundaries described), 2 selions in Mydle Whysnowe field (boundaries described), a piece of land in Over Whysnowe field, and a small piece of land in Over Weyt Lands. To the use of John Parker for his life and then to the use of Gabriel, one of his younger sons.</p>
