| Description | <head>Scope and Content</head><p>Gabriel Parker late of Oaks, yeoman, is to pay to Robert Boulton of Underwood, yeoman, £450 on 29th September next, and Robert Boulton is to convey to Gabriel the messuage in Oaks now in the occupation of Robert, with all its lands. If Gabriel fails to make the payment then Robert is to have the messuage and its lands for ever, as well as two closes called Newfeild and Over Ryefeild if he repays to Anthony Morwood the £180 for which they were mortgaged; in such a case Gabriel is to convey the 2 closes to Robert and Robert is to pay £40 to Gabriel.</p> |
