Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>William Bras of the Byrlawe of Ekylsall, cutler, Thomas Unwyn and John Grenwod to Roger Eyr, esquire. A mese with all its lands called the Mylne Howse within the Byrlawe of Ekylsall for a term of 20 years. For 7 marks and a bushel of rye, but reserving to William and his wife, Jenet, and the longer liver of them, a field called Bras Feld for which they shall pay 3s. yearly to the chief lord.</p><p>Witnesses: Christopher Haslam, priest, James Oootes, and Christopher Grenwod.</p><p>Bond for performance, 8th March, 1501/2.</p><p>2 copies (pair of indentures) of the above lease. 21st December, 1501.</p>
