Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Leonard Gill of Norton, gentleman, to John Wilson of Attercliffe, yeoman, and William Newbolt of Grenhill, yeoman. A messuage in the lordship of Ecclesall in a hamlet called Millhouses, 2 little closes called the Crofte, a meadow close called Cowe Close, a piece of wood called the Spring, and 2 little closes called the Padock, in all about 10 acres, and 2 water wheels or sythwheels with a piece of land called the Little Holme, and a cottage and 2 warehouses, with all appurtenances. To the use of Leonard Gill for his life and then to the use of Edward Gill, his son.</p>
