Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Ralph Eyre of Offerton, gentleman, to Thomas, his son. A messuage in Bradwall between lands of Richard Cok and William Thomasson, and all his lands, tenements, rents etc. in Bradwall and Hope which formerly were Richard Slak&apos;s. To the use of Thomas, his son, and his lawfully begotten heirs, or in default of such to the use of Lionel, his son, and his lawfully begotten heirs, or in default of such, to the use of Philip, his son, and his lawfully begotten heirs, with a final remainder to the right heirs of Ralph. Witnesses: Christopher Cok of Bradwall, John Middilton, and Hugh Bradwall, all of the same. At Bradwall</p><p>Similar settlement of even date by Ralph Eyre to his son Thomas.</p><p>All lands and tenements in Bradwall which formerly belonged to John Burton, son of Christopher Burton formerly of Doure.</p><p>Letters of attorney of even date. Ralph Eyre of Offerton, gentleman, appoints John Parker and William Levet as his attorneys for delivery of seisin.</p>
