Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Peter Bradshawe the elder of London, gentleman, and Francis Bradshawe of Bradshawe, esquire, to John Hall the younger of Castleton, yeoman. A close in Castleton called the Overflatt, and half of Spencers Meadowe, and a piece of land in the Netherflatt, paying annually 40s. 10d. to the King. For £82. Recites Letters Patent of 13th July, 1628.</p>
