DescriptionThomas Tayleo, vicar of Tyddeswall and John Mason of the same, clerk, to Hugh Nedham, son of John Nedham of Wormehyll and Margaret, his wife. A messuage in Wormehyll and 32 acres of land, an office in le Champayne attached to the messuage with a reversion of a dower which Agnes formerly the wife of John Nedham holds for her life, and a reversion of another dower which Margaret formerly wife of Roger Nedham has for her life, which previously came from the gift of Robert Medylton of Herdewykwall. To hold of the lord of the fee for themselves and the lawfully begotten heirs of Hugh, with remainder to Johanna wife to Robert Medylton and her lawfully begotton heirs, and a final remainder to the right heir of Hugh.
