| Description | These recordings are the South Yorkshire Police CCTV footage of Hillsborough taken in accordance to standard operating procedures policing a football match. Each camera has been given a TB reference number by West Midlands Police from the initials of Police Constable Trevor Bichard, South Yorkshire Police, who was responsible for the cameras.
A plan of the cameras can be found at POL/9/1/D155.
The original VHS recordings were copied onto U-Matic tapes by West Midlands Police which were subsequently used to create full and working VHS copies during the police investigation.
