The indexed questionnaires had (key) nominal information underlined to cross reference to other persons, documents or actions involved with the investigation.
Not all the Nottingham Forest supporters' questionnaires were indexed (POL/7/3). Selection was based on proximity to Leppings Lane and or the access route to the gymnasium (used as a temporary mortuary) or whether the individual had witnessed or been involved with helping the injured or deceased. |
