| Description | This series includes typed indexed copies of the documents of POL/9/1 and POL/9/2, as entered onto HOLMES (Incident I02, West Midlands Police Inquiry).
On the front of each document an 'Other Document Form' is attached, giving the title of the document, the date and time it was raised, instructions from the receiver and the numbers of particular actions raised out of the document.
The series is arranged by the same D number as POL/9/1. However, this is not a complete run as not all were indexed.
Not all of the questionnaires moved to POL/9/2 have been indexed; however, these have not been individually identified. |
