James Bright of Ecclesall, Sheffield, gentleman, to William Scriven of the Herdings, Norton, Derbyshire, gentleman, John Fenton of Gleadleycyde, Handsworth, Yorkshire, gentleman, John Nodder of Sheffield, gentleman and Judith Fenton, spinster, one of the sisters of John Fenton.

In consideration of the forthcoming marriage of Judith Fenton and James Bright he conveys to the trustees closes in Ecclesall, viz: the over dovehouse meadow, the Coyle spring, the frost meadow and the two Dobbin Hill fields, late in the possession of Robert Newbold, also the Little Birks, near Brincliffe Edge and the Arnold Croft in Machon Bank now in the possession of James Bright, to the use of James Bright for life, and then to the use of the said Judith and after her death to the use of their children.
