Description | Has just returned home after a long absence. News of his son, Robert. Congratulates Samuel Roberts on the good dispositions and talents of his children. Is glad Samuel Roberts is pursuing the case of the climbing boys but is “a little scandalized” that their evil is compared with that of negro slavery. Gives some account of the “real enormity” of slavery. His own and Mrs Wilberforce’s best wishes to all the Roberts family.
