Description | Apologies for being out three times when Samuel Roberts has called. Has taken the proof of the prospectus of Reuben Twiner’s pictures to Mr Chaloner who has promised to let Samuel Roberts have it. Has not yet made any arrangements for the Aged Female Society’s annual meeting owing to pressure of business. His health poor and spirits low. Proposes to visit his brother at Ockbrook and will attend the meeting on his return. The ladies have already begun collecting.
