Description | To his wife Maria an annuity of £40 for life with the interest and produce of £200, with power to dispose of the £200 at her death among his 3 sons, Charles, Joseph and William;
To his wife, the free use of all his household goods, silver plate and furniture;
To his brother William Steer, clerk £5.5s. to buy mourning;
To his sister in law Mrs Martha Scrivens, widow, £2.2s. to buy a ring;
Whereas his son William has £100 in his own possession and there are £200 settled on Charles and Joseph by their aunts Mrs Staniland and Mrs Scrivens, the said £200 is to be paid to Charles and Joseph;
All other his real and personal estates to his 3 sons;
Charles to have his gold watch;
Sons to be executors.
