| Description | The terms of reference of this Committee were as follows:
1. To supervise Direct Services Organisations discharging services from time to time on behalf of the Authority.
2. To ensure that Direct Service Organisations subject to CCT remain competitive.
3. To ensure and approve the construction of a competitive bid for each tendered service.
4. To ensure that Direct Services Organisations comply with the requirements of specifications applying to tendered services.
5. To receive reports from the relevant Direct Services Managers on performance of Direct Services Organisations and to monitor and review performance against specifications and financial targets. |
