From 2007 includes separate Performance Committee and Audit committee minutes, following the Authority's decision at a meeting of 18 December 2006 to agree the terms of reference of a separate Audit Committee (to oversee the production of the Authority's Statement of Control and recommend its adoption, to review the annual statement of accounts prior to approval, and to consider the external auditor's report to those charged with governance on issues arising from the audit of accounts). |
