For £300 paid by Robert Rawson, of Sheffield, baker, Creswick's mortgagee, to Dale, and £400 paid by Creswick to Dale.

To be held by Parker to the use of Rawson for the term of 1,000 years subject to redemption of the mortgage; then to the use of Creswick
