| Description | The Trustees with Mary Fothergill Marshall, of 29, Waingate, Sheffield, widow, administratrix of the personal estate of James Brown Marshall, late of 29, Waingate, licensed victualler, deceased.
Marshall will surrender the lease of the `Three Whitesmiths in Waingate which were leased by the Trustees to John Walker for a term of 99 years at an annual rent of £3 10s., by a deed of 7 September 1791.
In consideration, the Trustees will lease the premises to Marshall for a term to end in 1891 at an annual rent of £35. Covenants. |
