Description | He bequeaths to his two 'trusty cosens and friends', Charles Darwent of Rotherham, gentleman, and Robert Sorsbie of Sheffield, gentleman, all his property in Silkston in trust for sale to pay his debts and then to pay 1/3 of the residue to his wife and 2/3 for his children. If all his debts are paid and some property remains unsold then it shall be conveyed as one moiety to his wife and one moiety to his children.
