The judgment of Thomas Westby against Francis Rockley for £2,520 and all the property comprised in the writ obtained by the Hatfields (except that part assigned by Thomas Wainwright to Sir Christopher Wren and Richard Newman). In consideration that James Hackett and Catherine, his wife and Catherine Rockley indemnify Sir Francis Burdet against all loss and damage and in consideration also of £250.

The deed recites that James Hackett and Catherine, his wife, and Catherine Rockley obtained a decree in the High Court to force Sir Francis to account for the profits of the manor since the death of Francis Rockley, that the said profits amounted to £2,604. 4s of which ? is due to Catherine Hackett for dower and the residue to Catherine Rockley.
