Transferring and releasing £2,000 4% consolidated stocks into the joint names of Poynton Pigott and John Archer Houbton, by Earl Fitzwilliam, he being the executor of the will of the late Lady Godolphin who devised the said sum in trust to the late Charlotte Pigott. Reciting the marriage settlement of Gillery Pigott and Charlotte Archer, 7th April 1794, the will of Lady Anne Godolphin, 16th April 1799, the will of Charlotte Pigott 16th June 1815
