A parcel of ground, with a tenement, on the north side of Houghton Street, parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, abutting South, in front, on Haughton Street west, on a messuage on lease to John Cullum; north, on a messuage on lease to Sarah Williams; east on a messuage occupied by Mr Law; and which is commonly known as 8 Haughton Street.
Earl Fitzwilliam transfers the above lands, to the use of George Aveling, his heirs and assigns, for the residue of the term of 100 years, created by indentures of 17th November 1741, and 12th and 13th August 1816 |
