Manors or lordships of Sechey, North Runcton cum Hardwicke and Kenwicke, Norfolk; all manors, markets, fairs and lands in Sechey, North Runcton, Hardwicke, Wormegay, Westwinch, South Lynn, Thorpeland, Middleton, Wattlington, Tottenhill, Gaywood, Tilney, Clenchwharton and Eastwinch, Norfolk; manor of Upton, Northamptonshire, with the capital messuage or mansion house at Upton, with all appurtenances; ground and parcels of meadow land in Sutton Meadow, together with all other land and property within the manor (listed in full), all within the parishes of Upton, Sutton, Ailsworth, and Castor, Northamptonshire(tenants listed).

All these lands were devised to Earl Fitzwilliam, by a bargain and sale, dating 30th May 1750.

To the use of William, Earl Fitzwilliam, and his heirs male, upon trust to preserve contingent remainders.

Includes a bundle of lawyers letters concerning the Westwinch and other estates referred to above 1813-1826.
