All parties agree to the further advance of £100,000 on estates in Northants, Hunts., and Cambs, listed in full.

Earl Fitzwilliam grants to the parties of the third part, all these manors, to specified uses, and revokes all uses created by previous indentures. For £50,000, with the possibility of borrowing a further £50,000. The listed lands to stand security for the money.
