Party 1 assigns to party 4, the advowson of the parish church of Fletton als Flettens, Hunts., and all the remainder of the term of 499 years, now vested in Sir Abraham Hume, in trust to await and go along with the uses.

Reciting the following deeds: mortgage of 25th May 1751, by which the advowson of Fletton was mortgaged for 499 years by John Proby to Dorothy Elizabeth Pickering; the will of Dorothy Elizabeth, 25th October 1765; an indenture of further mortgage to Joseph Cocks, 14th December 1771; an indenture of further mortgage to John Joshua, Earl Carysfort, 27th May, 1773, the will of Earl Carysfort, 11th August 1824
