About the Catalogue

Our archive collection includes records of the London Borough of Wandsworth as well as its predecessor bodies, the Metropolitan Boroughs of Battersea and Wandsworth. Additionally, we hold some records for the Parishes of Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, and Tooting.

We also hold deposited archive collections relating to the Borough of Wandsworth. These include personal papers, family papers, school records, club and charity records, business records, and political records.

In addition to our archive collection, we collect and care for local history publications and pamphlets. Catalogue entries for these can be found on Wandsworth Libraries Catalogue.
