Includes grant applications for Special Grants for Agricultural Research, and nominations for 'Research Exhibitions' [scholarships] 'intended primarily to give young graduates and research workers returning from the war an opportunity of freshening up their knowledge at some University or Research Institute'. Includes manuscript memorandums, 25 Jul 1918, regarding Schleichera trijuga, including notes on native usage, the 'Macassar oil of commerce', and analysis of the properties of the oil. Includes frequent manuscript annotation. File is not arranged chronologically.
